Looking at organizing an unofficial keysigning at php[tek]. This post outlines how that would happen and is hopefully accessible to people who might be new to the idea. Looking for suggestions on how to make this better.

#### Generate a key pair

If you do not have a key pair, now is the time to generate one. There are numerous resources online to help you with this process including [PHP Setup by Phil Dibowitz](http://www.phildev.net/pgp/gpgkeygen.html) and [Creating the Perfect GPG Keypair by Alex Cabal](https://alexcabal.com/creating-the-perfect-gpg-keypair/). Follow either of those guides, or find a different one you prefer.

Should that be PGP Setup by Phil?
