When installing the generator using npm and trying to run it, I was getting the following error:

events.js:141
throw er; // Unhandled 'error' event
      ^
AssertionError: Trying to copy from a source that does not exist: /Users/brandon/Projects/test/node_modules/generator-webtask/generators/app/templates/wt-simple/.gitignore

It ends up that per npm/npm#3763 npm is excluding '.gitignore' files when the repo is published.

I renamed the files in the templates folders from '.gitignore' to 'gitignore' as this seemed to be a common solution.
