KudoChest is most effective when teams actively give each other kudos on a daily basis. You may choose to throttle activity or to let it flow freely. Each organization will have its own unique way of using the system.
As an administrator, you should familiarize yourself with the Administration section of the wiki and be prepared to answer users's questions about specific settings.
You'll also want to let users know that there are many ways they can give each other kudos. Go ahead and start giving your coworkers kudos and see how they respond!
