README:

Must have geopy installed for gridtool to work.
Must have pyart, json, urllib2, matplotlib, and basemap installed for the rotation tool to work.
Must have paramiko installed for getlastrawfile to work

A “shapefiles" directory alongside the notebook is needed. Within it, place US Census TIGER road shapefiles.
If a network connection is available they will be downloaded automatically.

The shapefile path and FTP URL for the TIGER shapefiles is listed [in the source](https://github.com/deeplycloudy/plotradar/blob/master/SigmentRotationCheck.py#L107).
