• 项目模板升级，tslint 升级为统一 eslint + plugin:@typescript-eslint/recommended
• 将 build 中 lint 功能做成可配置开关形式，将 lint 命令放在可执行脚本中，由使用者独立执行，比如增加 --fix 一类的配置
