Support drag reorder of colspan headers

Wasn't sure if this was the right venue for feature requests.

This is the right place for feature requests. Seems like a feature that
some people may use. I have not use anytthing like that before but I'll add
it to the todo list. But I'm not sure when I''ll have time to work on this
feature.

Now this feature has not been implemented yet. You're more than welcome to
send me the pr that adds it. I have just been short on free time lately. I
would be more than one to add you on as a maintaining of this project if
you're interested
