some videos still return access denied error 403

Ok, I have enabled decipher signature, download is working even with vevo like official rihanna videos, but there are some videos that still return access denied error 403. What is wrong with these videos?

1. I set decipher signature to true at config
2. I try download example videos 9hmzR1CKGtA fyaI4-5849w kOkQ4T5WO9E
3. I get access denied error 403

Expected behavior: working direct download
Actual behavior: getting access denied error 403
Version: 0.5.1

Yes, they have signature and title in generated link.
Did you tried all 3 example video IDs I mentioned?

not bug, it country block use proxy.
