It animates in and out too
- New route will reset state instead of it happening when the "New" button is clicked - Added key to <React.Fragment> in party and new pages to force it to rerun getServerSideProps

This PR implements remixes. Users can remix teams to change things and make them their own. Remixed teams link back to the original team, and teams show their remixes underneath the description.
This fixes #57.
