License file doesn't include project copyright

The license file appears to be a verbatim copy of React's, but the index.js contains a different Copyright notice. I believe the BSD license file should contain the copyright notice for this project itself. If so, the copyright line from the source should just be added to/replace the existing one on the top of the LICENSE file, if it is intended to license this as the BSD 3-clause license.

Hi, I work at @Juniper. exenv is a downstream dependency of a project we're looking at. The LICENSE file for this project references the older Facebook React BSD license (ie BSD+PATENTS). In addition, as siesoom mentioned index.js has a separate copyright statement. Would you be willing to update/clarify this? It would be great if the facebook code used could be made available under the newer MIT license (https://github.com/facebook/fbjs/blob/master/packages/fbjs/src/core/ExecutionEnvironment.js)
