Stable version before rewrite

Stable codebase with Mac + Linux binaries. The standalone commands work, but the annex-aware ones are iffy. I plan to remove them in the next version to make everything less magical and more explicit. On MacOS you may need to right click the file in Finder and "Open" once to confirm that you want to run untrusted software. After that it should work in the terminal.
