Remove unnecessary files and directories #1964

After #1962, #1963 has been resolved, we will remove the following files:

  • /brain/build/bash_loader
  • /setup.py

Then, we will remove the following redundant directory:

  • /build

The above changes will require corresponding adjustments within the .gitignore.

/setup.py was removed in #1962.
