BREAKING CHANGE: Some typings for middleware were added which may or may not break consumers using TypeScript
BREAKING CHANGE: The minimum supported Node version is now 14 as per the engines field in package.json. Even though it was already announced in awilix-koa v9, marking it as a breaking change is safer.
