Hi Jef,
I've spent a lot of time on this, but I can't get the various corner-cases to work together.
I think this would need separate "fall-through" blocks e.g. if MED Extensions are present or not, but despite a lot of efforts - something will always fail (e.g. the entry may already be over after "Capabilities Enabled").
If you have any idea, happy to discuss - thus PR as a draft.
