in Python for Windows (https://www.python.org/downloads/)
or in Portable Python for Windows (https://sourceforge.net/projects/portable-python/files/)

Create inflections or morphology dictionary for Mdict, StarDict or Kobo dictfile

Download needed language Word Form https://github.com/BorisNA/wordforms
and latest Python script addflex-main
