- update default font-face for better using system capabilities see https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/blob/master/packages/react-scripts/template/src/index.css#L4 and https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/system-font-stack/
- update font-awesome to 5.x
- made upgrades easy with gem version bump
