[Feature suggestion] Expand options for definition

Loving the package, thank you so much @jellydn and team.

It would be nice to add more fields from the basic structure
https://swagger.io/docs/specification/basic-structure/
Info and servers more specifically.

I see https://github.com/Surnet/swagger-jsdoc has an option to define these in a JSON or Yaml file?

Hi, any update or workaround to insert additional info into the options / swagger document? I would like to add "servers" but can't state it in the SwaggerOptions. It looks like it is supported in swagger-jsdoc(line 55): https://github.com/Surnet/swagger-jsdoc/blob/9f47d059941e94f7ce0d7d5843848d89daa16b0b/test/lib.spec.js
