Based off of #305, merge it first
Adds chapter support. On iOS it will highlight the current chapter (but math/behavior still needs to be refined sometimes it will think the previous chapter is the current chapter for like 1-2 seconds) while on tvOS I need to figure out a design for it. The scrollviews are finicky, creating a little vertical offset adjustment on first scroll/focus.
