Description

This PR aims to fix the new Plugin CI and the issues with version bumping a protected branch.

Changes

  • removes the bump-version workflow
  • fix the CodeQL trigger
  • replace Dependabot with Renovate-Bot
  • add Directory.Build.props to easily bump versions of the plugin via CI
