[Bug] When creating a new library and you forget to add paths it just closes without a warning #5547

Please describe your bug

Create a new jellyfin server 10.9.2 on win10, while adding libraries if you forget to add a path back in 10.8.13 it would warning you and highlight the area, it now just freezes for a moment and closes losing all settings.

Reproduction Steps

1.) Install 10.9.2
2.) Add Library
3.) Hit save without adding a path.

Expected behavior:
Scrolls up highlights the path area and tells you at least one path needed.
