I removed the unused check from server and hide the cinemamode option by default. Is that OK until it gets re-enabled?

After reading Matrix, I checked "Intros" plugin - it requires this option.
I think we should leave it visible. It won't be used if the plugin isn't installed, but otherwise you can't disable the intro/preroll from the plugin.
