TvdbEpisodeImageProvider does not take series.DisplayOrder into account

Describe the bug
When configuring a TV series to use DVD order, the primary images for the episodes are wrong, you get the image for the episodes in aired order.

To Reproduce
Add a TV series, configure it to use DVD ordering instead of aired ordering. Note how the Primary images for the episodes do not match the episodes; they match the episodes in aired order.

Expected behavior
Images should match the episode.
