If MKCOL is used without a body, it would be useful to fall back to reasonable defaults.

It would be useful to assume collections created under calendar-home-set paths are calendars, and those created under addressbook-home-set paths are address books.

This isn't strictly necessary for vdirsyncer, since it already specifies the right body when using MKCOL. https://github.com/pimutils/vdirsyncer/blob/master/vdirsyncer/storage/dav.py#L266

I think we should just fix #16

Closing this, since it's not necessary for vdirsyncer - and I'd rather not make any assumptions about the resource types of collections just based on their path.
