@vrushti-mody Sounds good. Pls keep in mind - this is aggregated issue, containing more than 300 smaller issues. I would suggest select initially couple smaller issues and start working on them. |

Migrating latest report on broken links for Jenkins Site from Jira to GitHub |
Hi @vsilverman Can I please contribute here? Also, can you please share where is this code to be fixed (I am a newbie in github world, so asking). Looking forward. |
Hi @contactsaurabh , this is an aggregated issue, containing quite a few (currently over 100) smaller items. I would suggest taking the following steps:
I would be glad to help you along the way if you'll need any assistance. Let me CC it with @MarkEWaite in case he wants to correct me. |
Sure @vsilverman Hi @vrushti-mody , Can you please guide me here and let me know if I can contribute in this issue to fix some of the broken links. Looking forward. |
There is no update on this. |
@contactsaurabh since I don't see any open pull request from @vrushti-mody, you're welcome to start the work. As a way to reduce the chance of conflict between your efforts and those of others, you might start at the end of the list of broken links and work upward. Alternately, you might start in the middle and work downwards. I assign GitHub issues to individuals as a way to make it easier for me to search issues which have not started any effort. The assignment of an issue to a person does not block others from working on the same issue, especially in the case of issues like this one which will probably need multiple pull requests to resolve the entire issue. |

@gounthar @vsilverman Any updates on this ? |
@abhijeet007rocks8 you can create the list of broken links using https://www.npmjs.com/package/broken-link-checker -- just be aware that the number of GitHub links that can be checked in certain timeframe is limited and most GitHub links will be reported as broken for that reason |

@Shravani005 current list of broken internal links is in #7173 (comment) in case it helps (contains some false positives that are actually redirects, but those should be easy to filter out). |
