Reverts #5184

From build on main:

PersistentVolume "httpd-binary" is invalid: [spec.capacity: Required value, spec.capacity: Unsupported value: core.ResourceList(nil): supported values: "storage", spec.azureFile.secretName: Required value]

Will rework it later.
