Missing examples for FREE STYLE JOB & MULTI CONFIGURATION PROJECT

Describe your use-case which is not covered by existing documentation.

Hi everybody
We are already implementing ECS from pipelines. It's working well.

But also we have some freestyles jobs and multi-configuration projects (matrix)` pending to migrate to use ECS.
But I don't see any example to achieve this. Do you have some documentation using DSL or from the Jenkins UI?

Reference any relevant documentation, other materials or issues/pull requests that can be used for inspiration.

@fescobar For freestyle jobs, under job's general configuration, we can find "Restrict where this project can be run" option, this option can be used with ecs agents as shown in youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0b53cdrujs
