[JENKINS-64259] Add Kotlin as a main dependency #59

Promote Kotlin into the main dependency section. I should have been pulled in with one of the other dependencies but clearly it hasn't or some weird classpath loading is happening.

Note: This may not work :(

Hi @thewolfwillcome are you able to test this change out to see if it fixes the issue in #58 please.

Great I'll do a release today. Apologies for this. It seems I need to go back to the maven dependency management school ☹️.
