Add documentation on usage

Some sort of documentation should be provided to users on the supported audit log events, supported configuration formats, and a general overview of what the plugin does. Inline help html snippets are useful for any configuration UI, though this should also include some sort of USAGE.md (or .adoc or whatever text).

This should also update the help.html and other UI help files.
