Gradle 4's split classes folders does not work with SezPoz. While this should be solved in the plugin, for now it should be at least documented along with workarounds.

Spent 2 days trying to debug this and moved on to using maven for building. Only if I had known I should be using a 3.x version of Gradle...

It would be much better fixing the problems, though.
Given that joint compilation is a viable workaround, I merged the README changes.

Could you try if that works for you?
