Goes along with #63 to replace the content on http://groovy-sandbox.kohsuke.org/ since we don't want any new users to start using this library. dd65943 just deletes everything other than
CNAME, so look at 365e3fb for the interesting changes.There doesn't seem to be a way to set up a redirect on the GitHub side, so this is a somewhat hacky redirect using
meta http-equiv="refresh". The idea was taken from https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29318196/redirect-github-page-to-different-url.
