[JENKINS-52013] - Switch Java 11 feature branch to the default update center #3765

Usage of the experimental update center was needed with OpenJDK 11ea19 when there was a bug with Git Client Plugin installation (see https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-51871). Now the experimental update center is no longer needed.
