Disable the redirecting by adding the event.preventDefault() when users press enter key in the filter box of dropdown lists.

Works as expected.

I have noticed a similar behaviour with the filter bar on the Plugin Manager page. Maybe something we should consider preventing too, not necessarily in this PR.
