打包change log对测试、产品来说都比较有用，能直观的地知道新的安装包增量变化，以便针对性测试、验收等；
此PR主要是新增了支持显示change log功能，并提供开关给用户选择是否开启此功能，对原有功能不影响；
此外，也优化了改动文件的少量代码，不涉及逻辑改动
