A new "Override build parameters" option is available when configuring the job. If enabled, the user can then edit build params (as for other release params) when triggering a release build.
This commit contains the corresponding changes (including a new help file) + somes fixes for French labels + some tabs were converted to spaces + I've added some license headers.
