[JENKINS-63900] Allow overwriting default x axis label per job. #38

Currently the x axis label is only customizable globally. This PR allows each job to have a customized x axis label.

Hey @CMTaylor. We've already started to work on support for RF 4.0. You can see the branch new-robot-parser, which I'm using to create this. Essentially we're planning to re-write the whole parser or use something that Robot Framework provides directly and just implement a proper API to get the data we need. But we also need to support Robot Framework 3.x, so our first approach didn't work quite as intended. Since we haven't fully decided our approach yet, we haven't gone too far with this yet.

I also created a ticket for this particularly: https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-64516 We can continue the discussion there, so we don't flood a completely unrelated PR.
