- Label 0: normal, 無瑕疵
- Label 1: void, 空缺的
- Label 2: horizontal defect, 水平方向瑕疵
- Label 3: vertical defect, 垂直方向瑕疵
- Label 4: edge defect, 邊緣瑕疵
- Label 5: particle, 顆粒瑕疵
