Description
Adds support for Kick.com as a source.
Uses an Unoffical plugin by https://github.com/nonvegan/streamlink-plugin-kick
*The Streamlink plugin dir is currently hardcoded in the dockerfile since I was not able to create it dynamically. Created an issue for this: #81
