Enchancements

  issue #57:
     HCM will now commit any updates to the hcm.json file when performing a publish.
     This eliminates the need to do an install and commit.

  issue #58:
     Added --updates option to show subcommand.
     This option displays the versions in revision order.
     It allows the user to see updates that are outside their major revision.
