NJUG Lab #1: Raffle tool!

Create a handy dandy groovy script to assist with picking raffle winners at NJUG events.

Requirements:
	Only members who RSVP'd 'yes' to the Meetup event should be eligible
	Winner should be selected at random.
	No winner may be selected twice.
	
Notes:
	You'll need to use your own Meetup API key!!
