macOS, Windows and Linux (built on Mint, should work on any Ubuntu at least) builds of WaveEdit for Sequential Pro 3.
The primary change is increasing the wave size to 1024 samples (shipped content also adapted). The bank length was reduced to 16 waves, corresponding to the Sequential Pro 3.
Sample rate correctly given as 48000 (no actual change to the exported files, but the header is now correct vis a vis what Sequential specifies).
Removed unnecessary library dependencies related to libsndfile, this release should run properly on systems missing libFLAC, libOGG and libVorbis.
