Fix the subject of Gitlab comments bridged to email to include the author's
name, not ["author"]. -
Fix an issue where emailed comments bridged to Gitlab would generate a
Gitlab -> email comment from the bridge. The bridge will now ignore all
comments made by the Gitlab user being used to bridge comments.
