Python scripts used to create the eROSITA HiPS maps.

This is provided as-is and needs a lot of documentation. Requires
cython, numpy, astropy and forkqueue Python modules.

* hips_gen.py

Makes HiPS FITS images for each band. Makes cts and exp images, then
computes rates image.

Units of cts: cts/arcsec^2
Units of exp: s
Units of rate: cts/s/arcsec^2

* make_img_files.py

Make PNG image files for each generated FITS image.

* make_img_files_rgb.py

Make PNG image files for RGB maps.

* build_moc.py

Builds a MOC for each HiPS map.

* make_hdr.py

Make a header properties file for each map
