Summary of the Pull Request
Support of MEPSection methods of MEPSystem added:
Now user can see information about MEPSection class by methods GetSectionByIndex and GetSectionByNumber. All of them are the same sctions, so I decided to use for-cycle by index in both methods, because sometimes numbers don't follow one by one
