hier das rezept fuer den supereinfachen linsensalat:
belugalinsen (schwarz)
fruehlingszwiebeln
cherrytomaten
knoblauch
olivenöl
balsamico
salz

kreuzkuemmel ganz
evtl. sojasauce und chili
uebrigens heissen die linsen so weil sie ein bisschen wie kaviar aussehen.

Ania’s Linsensuppe
½ Zwiebel bio gehackt
1 Knoblauchzehe bio, klein gehackt
40 g Butter oder (vegane Variante) Ghee (z.B. von Satva, erhältlich im Zentrum the link) oder Kokosoel bio
½ TL Kreuzkümmel bio, gemahlen
1 TL Kurkuma bio, gemahlen
200 g rote Linsen bio
1 Dose Schältomaten (400g) bio, klein gewürfelt
400 ml Kokosmilch bio
600 ml Gemüsebrühe bio
wenig Chilipulver, Pfeffer, evtl. Salz
Butter, Ghee oder Kokosoel schmelzen, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch darin glasig dünsten, Kreuzkümmel und Kurkuma etwas später mitdünsten (Achtung wichtig: nicht anbrennen lassen!) Am Schluss für einen kurzen Moment auch die Linsen mitdünsten.
Schältomaten, Kokosmilch und Gemüsebrühe dazugeben und alles zusammen aufkochen.
Alles auf kleiner Flamme zugedeckt ca. 20 Minuten köcheln lassen. Linsen dürfen gerne etwas zerfallen.
Vor dem Servieren mit Pfeffer, Chilipulver und evtl. Salz abschmecken.
Tipp: Doppelte Menge zubereiten. Kann einige Tage im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden.
