Does not accept openweathermap api key

What happened?

Smart Irrigiation does not accept api key for initial setup.

Set up add-on, created owm account, waited few hours, used api key, not accepted.

Error:

"Open Weather API Key oder Version falsch."

Checked with version 2.5 and 3.0 and newly created API key. Same result

Diagnostics file output w/a openweathermap integration, otherwise not possible to produce the file.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Can you try using postman or something else to call the OWM api using your key? Also, does it show anywhere on the OWM site where you created your key which version it is for? I wonder if they added a newer version and this key only works for that. Hey Jeroen, thanks for getting back to me and sorry for the late reply. Got it to work. I think it made the mistake of not subscribing to a plan in OWM, which I did. Couple hours later it worked then. Great work btw! :) Stefan
