Bump got and storybook

Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [storybook](https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/tree/HEAD/code/lib/cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `storybook` from 7.0.0-beta.51 to 7.0.18
