emacs mode to read The Old Reader subscriptions

- refresh key (try to get new records only)
- mark record as read
- mark all records as read
- toggle show all/unread
- show folders with unread count
- show subscriptions with unread count
- search in subject / short conents / full conents (?)
- add / remove subscription
- create / remove folder
- move subscription between folders
