Herder is a friendly fork of the Roundup Issue Tracker (http://www.roundup-tracker.org/).
The repository is intended to be a playground for experimentation without having to worry too much about backwards compatibility. The more successful experiments should hopefully make their way back upstream.
Some general ideas for improvements are:
- Updating the legacy parts of the codebase (ie. drop support for python versions older than 2.6)
- Improve capabilities for running on PaaS hosting
- Improve testing framework
- Improve testing framework for tracker instances (ie. functional tests)
