Can not drag file from pane to pane.

I am using the package pane-layout-plus (https://atom.io/packages/pane-layout-plus) to split my panes. After I create a new blank pane I am unable to use the mouse to drag a file to the new blank pane. If I use the default Atom UI it allows me to drag from one pane to another.

If I have a file already in both panes, then it will allow me to drag a files to the panes. But once their are no files in a pane I am unable to use the mouse to drag a file to the pane.

Right now I am using pane-move-plus (https://atom.io/packages/pane-move-plus) to move files between panes. This works.

I just thought I would share the bug. All in all it is a really nice UI. 👍 😄

After some research, I found the reason, I will propose a pull request soon.
