modified/ignored file/dir colors

It looks like some of the modified/ignored color stylings for the file gutter are getting clobbered by color rules in icons.less

I've gotten used to having collapsed folders visually tell me there are modified files, so I commented out lines 40,49,58,86 in icons.less to bring it back (in the current version). Is this a feature of the theme?

This is probably a bug introduced in the icon update yesterday. I'll take a look at it.
