Summary
Split from #12572
This PR consolidates all fake timer related end-to-end test. These are moved to
e2e/fake-timersande2e/fake-timers-legacyfolders. After the refactor all the tests run fromfakeTimers.test.tsandfakeTimersLegacy.test.tsfiles in CI.While refactoring two details surfaced:
requestAnimationFrame(), but these were not running in CI (fixed now);resetMocksandjest.resetAllMocks()related tests were testing modern timers, but I think it makes more sense to run them agains legacy fake timers.Test plan
